The room was reasonably spacious with a king-size bed. the staff were pleasant. - Everything was wonderful, including nice room decor. - the hotel was right by several restaurants. - A cool bonus was the nearby Tropical Smoothie Cafe, offering tea and coffee. Overall, I had a great experience at Springhill Suites Indianapolis Carmel. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. the hotel is conveniently located near various dining options, and the added perk of having a nearby Tropical Smoothie Cafe was a nice touch, especially for tea and coffee lovers. the room decor added to the pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hot breakfast bar offered a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering refreshments upon arrival. The manager, although I didn't catch his name, was very personable and made us feel valued guests. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was the first time I've ever experienced such comfort in a hotel. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and some wonderful restaurants.
